A função do oficial de justiça avaliador no estado do Tocantins: inovações tecnológicas e efetividade no cumprimento das decisões judiciais

Abstract

This final technical report analyzes the role of the judicial officer (bailiff) within the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, focusing on promoting improvements in this function, with positive impacts on the delivery of judicial services and the quality of service provided by these professionals to society. Furthermore, it aims to enhance the work routine of the judicial officer through the use of technological tools that ensure the highest effectiveness in the enforcement of court orders. Throughout the methodological process, using the deductive method and qualitative and quantitative analysis of data collected through bibliographic and documentary research, mechanisms were identified that can better structure the role of judicial officers in Tocantins and guide the position toward the digital transformation taking place in the Brazilian judiciary. In this regard, the final outcome of this research includes, in addition to this technical report, recommendations for judicial officers on the virtual enforcement of court mandates, intervention proposals to be implemented by the Court of Justice of Tocantins based on the improvements identified in the study, and a proposed annex containing a draft normative act.
