| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso aborda o tema de Parto Humanizado em seu contexto geral e a influência da arquitetura na humanização desse momento. O enfoque central é o de- senvolvimento de um anteprojeto de um Centro de Parto Humanizado, para o município de Palmas- TO. Uma vez que a cidade possui poucos hospitais que são preparados para a realização de Partos Humanizados há demanda suficiente para a implantação de um edifício destinado a isso. Além disso, partindo do pressuposto que a arquitetura é um dos agentes capazes de gerar mudança na sociedade, o edifício deve atender os conceitos de humanização, em todas as deci- sões projetuais, desde a planta baixa até a escolha de elementos estéticos da fachada, para que seja um propulsor da realização de partos humanizados. A metodologia adotada foi desenvol- vida em duas etapas principais, primeiramente a fundamentação teórica e em seguida o desen- volvimento do anteprojeto. Nesse contexto abordou-se conceitos, a história e contexto do parto em nível mundial e brasileiro, história do parto humanizado, a influência do Sagrado Feminino e da arquitetura no parto humanizado e levantamento de dados. Ademais, realizou-se estudos de correlatos, análise de localização e terreno para a implantação do edifício, estudo de legisla- ção, programa de necessidades, estudo solar, zoneamento, organograma, fluxograma visando a assertividade e fundamentação das decisões projetuais. Ao final, foi elaborado o anteprojeto arquitetônico, com caracterização da proposta, implantação, planta baixa, cortes e volumetria. Propõe-se que o Centro de Parto Humanizado tenha uso misto (privado e público), visando atender o máximo de gestantes de forma humanizada no município de Palmas, Tocantins no Brasil. Dessa forma, defende-se o direito, de todas as gestantes, a informação e atendimento humanizado, o qual pode ser incentivado a partir de mudanças em diversas áreas da sociedade, inclusive na construção de edificações que se comprometem com a humanização do parto. |
| Abstract: | This course conclusion work addresses the theme of Humanized Childbirth in its general con- text and the influence of architecture in the humanization of that moment. The central focus is the development of a draft of a Humanized Birth Center, for the city of Palmas-TO. Since the city has few hospitals that are prepared to perform Humanized Births, there is sufficient demand for the implementation of a building intended for this purpose. In addition, based on the as- sumption that architecture is one of the agents capable of generating change in society, the building must meet the concepts of humanization in all design decisions, from the floor plan to the choice of aesthetic elements of the building. facade, so that it can be a driver of humanized births. The methodology adopted was developed in two main stages, first the theoretical founda- tion and then the development of the preliminary project. In this context, concepts, the history and context of childbirth worldwide and in Brazil, the history of humanized childbirth, the in- fluence of the Sacred Feminine and architecture in humanized childbirth and data collection were addressed. In addition, there were studies of correlates, analysis of location and land for the implantation of the building, study of legislation, program of needs, solar study, zoning, organization chart, flowchart aiming at assertiveness and reasoning of design decisions. At the end, the architectural draft was elaborated, with characterization of the proposal, implantation, floor plan, cuts and volumetry. It is proposed that the Humanized Childbirth Center have mixed use (private and public), aiming to serve the maximum number of pregnant women in a huma- nized way in the municipality of Palmas, Tocantins in Brazil. In this way, the right of all preg- nant women to information and humanized care is defended, which can be encouraged through changes in various areas of society, including the construction of buildings that are committed to the humanization of childbirth. |
