O sentido da Educação Superior no curso de Pedagogia no campus de Arraias/TO

Abstract

The presence of the university in a given region significantly contributes to the diversification of access to knowledge. Therefore, the scientific bias of this research is based on analyzing the importance of the Pedagogy Course at the Federal University of Tocantins – Campus Arraias, both for students who are entering and for those who are completing their educational path at the higher education level. Furthermore, this article also aims to analyze the training process of students through the higher education course and there is also the proposal to understand how the higher education training of students from the aforementioned institution, which serves subjects from the Southeast region of Tocantins and Northeast of the State of Goiás, has collaborated with the regional population who find themselves in a context full of inequalities. To this end, this work was prepared based on the experiences acquired throughout the training acquired in the Full Degree Course in Pedagogy, constituted through the nature of qualitative research, where questionnaires and reports of experiences involving students in the initial and final phases of the course were used. Pedagogy Course in 2019. Regarding the theoretical foundation of the work, its main theoretical support was the contribution of authors such as Berbel (2011), Cambi (1999), Elias (1994) Freire (1989) Romanelli ( 1991) and Valadão (2018).
