| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o acesso à justiça aos migrantes venezuelanos em Roraima: um enfoque nas mulheres vítimas da violência doméstica, por meio das medidas protetivas de urgência, de 2023/2024.Trata-se de uma pesquisa interdisciplinar pautada no Direito, com a especialidade em Direitos Humanos em interface com a Sociologia das Migrações e a História. O tema investigado necessita dessa articulação teórica. Dessa forma, a pesquisa foi realizada por meio de um amplo levantamento de fontes bibliográficas e documentais coletadas na OIM, SIsMIGRA, ACNUR, Polícia Federal, Operação Acolhida, CNJ, TJ/Roraima, ONU e jornais, etc., bem como as entrevistas realizadas nos Juizados da Violência Doméstica do Tribunal de Justiça de Roraima, com assente nos Relatórios das Medidas Protetivas de Urgência voltadas para as migrantes venezuelanas. Nesse contexto, foi realizado uma estrutura de levantamento de dados e interpretação a partir de diversos métodos e técnicas de pesquisa. Apresenta-se, inicialmente, no capítulo 1, uma reflexão teórica e conceitual. A seguir, o capítulo 2 com um panorama da migração venezuelana para o Brasil/Roraima: desafios e possibilidades. E, por fim, o capítulo 3, intitulado: O acesso à justiça aos migrantes venezuelanos em Roraima: um enfoque nas mulheres vítimas da violência doméstica, por meio das medidas protetivas de urgência, de 2023/2024. E o problema da pesquisa: as medidas protetivas de urgência são acessíveis e efetivas para as migrantes venezuelanas vítimas de violência doméstica? Pressupõe-se que a pergunta foi respondida por meio do Relatório de Medidas Protetivas voltadas às migrantes venezuelanas, bem como pelas entrevistas realizadas. Nesse contexto, convém ressaltar que existem barreiras linguísticas e culturais que dificultam o acesso à justiça. As considerações finais são evidências, tentativas de se aproximar da realidade, pontuando as conclusões da referida pesquisa, principalmente, no que tange ao melhoramento de políticas públicas direcionadas para mulheres vítimas da violência doméstica e familiar no estado de Roraima. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to analyze access to justice for Venezuelan migrants in Roraima: a focus on women victims of domestic violence, through urgent protective measures, from 2023/2024. This is an interdisciplinary research based on Law, with a specialty in Human Rights in interface with the Sociology of Migrations and History. The topic investigated requires this theoretical articulation. Thus, the research was carried out through a broad survey of bibliographic and documentary sources collected from IOM, SIsMIGRA, UNHCR, Polícia Federal, Operação Acolhida, CNJ, TJ/Roraima, UN and newspapers, etc., as well as interviews carried out in the Domestic Violence Courts of the Court of Justice of Roraima, based on the Reports of Emergency Protective Measures aimed at Venezuelan migrants. In this context, a structure for data collection and interpretation was carried out using different research methods and techniques. Initially, chapter 1 presents a theoretical and conceptual reflection. Next, chapter 2 with an overview of Venezuelan migration to Brazil/Roraima: challenges and possibilities. And, finally, chapter 3, entitled: Access to justice for Venezuelan migrants in Roraima: a focus on women victims of domestic violence, through urgent protective measures, from 2023/2024. And the research problem: are urgent protective measures accessible and effective for Venezuelan migrants who are victims of domestic violence? It is assumed that the question was answered through the Report on Protective Measures aimed at Venezuelan migrants, as well as through the interviews carried out. In this context, it is worth highlighting that there are linguistic and cultural barriers that hinder access to justice. The final considerations are evidence, attempts to get closer to reality, highlighting the conclusions of the aforementioned research, mainly regarding the improvement of public policies aimed at women victims of domestic and family violence in the state of Roraima. |
