| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC) tem como tema a análise do racismo estrutural e seus efeitos no Brasil, com ênfase no setor turístico. "O Racismo e Turismo entre Escrevivências e Militâncias" busca discutir os impactos do racismo estrutural na população negra no Brasil. Com isso, o trabalho também traz a abertura do setor turístico sobre esta problemática com discussões, canalizando ações de conscientização promovidas pelo movimento negro e a luta deste contra o racismo nesse setor. Além disso, o trabalho traz a minha trajetória acadêmica enquanto mulher negra e os impactos do racismo na minha vida , assim como minhas vivências no mercado de trabalho. A metodologia escolhida foi a análise bibliográfica com ênfase em estudos teóricos e pesquisas bibliográficas que analisam a realidade do turismo excludente no Brasil, em contrapartida com minha história de vida na academia no campo do turismo. |
| Abstract: | This final paper has as theme the analysis of structural racism and its effects in Brazil, more specifically on the touristic sector. "O Racismo e Turismo entre Escrevivências e Militâncias" seeks to discuss the impacts of structural racism on the black population in Brazil. Indeed, the paper also brings with itself the opening of the tourism sector about this problematic, channeling actions of awareness provided by black movement and its fight against racism in this sector. Beyond that, this term paper brings the academic trajectory of black women and racism impacts in their life too, just like in their experience on the job market. There going to be approach theoretical studies and bibliographic research that analyze Brazilian toursitc excluding reality. |
