Abstract

Currently there is a great search for humanized work environments, based on collaboration and flexibility. thus, a new organizational working model, known as coworking, has been created. coworking or collaborative office follows the main characteristic of collaborative consumption, seeking to provide the necessary infrastructure for use by different professionals in a shared environment, thus generating a reduction in overall expenses. The objective of this paper was to analyze the historical interfaces of workspaces until the creation of coworking spaces. The methodology will therefore be a literature review, presenting what it is, what are the main characteristics and qualities of these new spaces. a research was conducted through literature and reliable sites on issues relevant to the subject, and a study related to the stages of project development, from case studies to the preparation of a preliminary draft of a coworking space in Palmas/TO
