A Sequência Fedathi no projeto ANCTUR: uma análise da metodologia em um curso para guias de turismo

Abstract

This article is a study of the Sequência Fedathi in the Technical Specialization Course in Natural and Cultural Attractions in the North and Midwest of Brazil, with the aim of analyzing the use of the methodology in the ANCTUR project through a qualitative documentary and explanatory research, using authors such as Marconi and Lakatos (2003, 2010 and 2021), Demo (2011) and Severino (2007) as methodological references. In this sense, we sought to dialog with the authors Hall (2006), Libâneo and Santos (2010) and Borges Neto (2013 and 2018) to understand the formation of the identity of the postmodern subject, the pedagogical trends in human formation and the application of the Fedathi Sequence in the formation process. The results of the study sought to articulate the training of tour guides in the 11 states of the North and Midwest regions of Brazil, based on the customization of the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA-MOODLE), following the stages of the Sequência Fedathi, with the production of exclusive content and monitoring by teachers who are specialists in the content. This research has led to an understanding of the gaps in the basic training of tourist guides and the need for quality technical training, not just focused on profit, but on the human and critical training of the subjects.
