| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Nesta dissertação sobre o povo Akwẽ, apresento experiências da minha própria convivência, os relatos históricos de Sekwa e a relação desses seres espirituais com a caça, as matas e a pesca. A partir de entrevistas aos antigos Sekwa, foi possível entender a relação dos Akwẽ com o meio ambiente em sua cosmovisão de mundo. Ressalto fontes de pesquisa como Nimuendajú (1942), entre outros da própria cultura. Sendo assim, a cultura Xerente precisa ser valorizada tanto nos fatos do presente quanto do passado, é preciso que cada cidadão indígena aprenda a valorizar e respeitar a sua própria cultura e o espaço de vivência, ajudando a ampliar seus conhecimentos sobre a fauna e a flora. |
| Abstract: | In this dissertation on the Akwẽ people, I present experiences from my own coexistence, the historical accounts of Sekwa and the relationship of these spiritual beings with hunting, forests and fishing. From interviews with ancient Sekwa, it was possible to understand the Akwẽ's relationship with the environment in their worldview. I highlight research sources such as Nimuendajú (1942), among others from the culture itself. Therefore, the Xerente culture needs to be valued both in the present and in the past, each indigenous citizen must learn to value and respect their own culture and living space, helping to expand their knowledge about fauna and flora. |
