| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este artigo cogita fazer um estudo sobre a representação da mulher na literatura brasileira de autoria feminina, no início do século XX. Para tanto, estudarei o romance A sua Excia.: A Presidente da República no ano 2500,(1929), de Adalzira Bittencourt. Neste romance, a autora imagina uma sociedade onde a mulher ocupa lugares de poder até então ocupados, predominantemente, pelos homens. Este estudo fará, pois, uma análise sobre a condição feminina e as discussões político-sociais presentes na obra. Através do romance, misto de ficção, debate político e exposição dos ideais e aspirações a direitos femininos, a autora estabelece um diálogo com o leitor, mais especificamente, a leitora, sobre a condição feminina e os mecanismos de dominação. |
| Abstract: | This article aims to make a study of the representation of women in Brazilian literature of female authorship in the early twentieth century. Therefore, I will study the novel Your Excellency.: The President of the Republic in the year 2500, (1929), the Adalzira Bittencuort. In this novel, the author imagines a society in which women occupy positions of power hitherto occupied predominantly by men. This study will, therefore, an analysis of the status of women and socio-political discussions in the present work. Through the novel, mix of fiction, political debate and exposition ofthe ideals and aspirations of women's rights, the author establishes a dialogue with the reader, more specifically, the reader, about the female condition and the mechanisms of domination. |
