| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho tem por objetivo definir o perfil socioeconômico das trabalhadoras terceirizadas do Centro de Ciências integradas da Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT) do câmpus de Araguaína e sua compreensão acerca de suas condições de trabalho. O extenso referencial teórico abrange trabalho, passando por trabalho terceirizado e trabalho de mulheres, com enfoques específicos como a reforma trabalhista e a divisão sexual do trabalho. Para obtenção dos dados foi aplicado um questionário com 05 funcionárias; que trabalham no serviço terceirizado da Unidade Cimba/UFT, o instrumento utilizado faz uso de questões que buscam responder às indagações que orientam este artigo: condições sociais, econômicas e de trabalho das servidoras terceirizadas. |
| Abstract: | This paper aims to define the socioeconomic profile of the outsourced workers of the Integrated Science Center of the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT) of the campus of Araguaína and their understanding of their working conditions. The extensive theoretical framework encompasses work, including outsourced work and women's work, with specific approaches such as labor reform and the sexual division of labor. To obtain the data a questionnaire was applied with 5 female employees; who work in the outsourced service of the Cimba Unit / UFT, the instrument used makes use of questions that seek to answer the questions that guide this article: social, economic and work conditions of outsourced servers. |
