| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho trata-se de relatório técnico conclusivo vinculado à linha de pesquisa Instrumentos da Jurisdição, Acesso à Justiça e Direitos Humanos, subárea Gestão do Poder Judiciário e Desenvolvimento do Programa de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu Mestrado Profissional e Interdisciplinar em Prestação Jurisdicional e Direitos Humanos (MPPJDH), da Universidade Federal do Tocantins (UFT) em parceria com a Escola Superior da Magistratura Tocantinense (ESMAT), dedicado ao estudo do fenômeno e da construção de diagnóstico sobre as atualizações do processo judicial eletrônico do estado do Tocantins, após sua adesão à plataforma nacional, composto por parte teórica com pesquisa exploratória descritiva para melhor compreensão diante dos avanços tecnológicos em todo o contexto judiciário, em que o novo perfil contemporâneo com a enorme relevância das tecnologias fez com que o Conselho Nacional de Justiça e os tribunais em todo o país galgassem para esse novo padrão tecnológico. Desse modo, a parte teórica subsidia e dá melhor sentido à pesquisa empírica realizada com a colheita de opinião das pessoas. Nessa fase, foi adotada a abordagem lógica com o objetivo de revelar os dados da percepção e interação dos usuários do sistema diante+ dessa nova realidade, e aplicado questionário estruturado, e os dados colhidos foram revelados estatisticamente já que se trata de pesquisa quanti-qualitativa. Por ser uma pesquisa de natureza aplicada, além da construção do diagnóstico, os resultados apresentados possibilitaram sugestões e proposições de aperfeiçoamento no uso e bem assim à criação de ferramentas para comporem as já existentes no Sistema Eletrônico de Processo – Eproc/TO –, que se implantado traz benefício não somente para os usuários do sistema, mas também para a sociedade em geral que depende do serviço judiciário tocantinense. Além do que, este é um trabalho fecundo, e muitas outras vertentes, a partir dos enfoques abordados, podem surgir com mais profundidade, e novos resultados ainda mais específicos podem ser aclarados. |
| Abstract: | The present work is a conclusive technical report linked to the research line Instruments of Jurisdiction, Access to Justice and Human Rights, subarea Management of the Judiciary and Development of the Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Program Professional and Interdisciplinary Master in Jurisdictional Assistance and Human Rights (MPPJDH), from the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT) in partnership with the School of Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), dedicated to the study of the phenomenon and construction of a diagnosis on the updates of the electronic judicial process of the State of Tocantins, after its accession to the national platform, composed of a theoretical part with descriptive exploratory research for better understanding in the face of technological advances in the entire judicial context, in which the new contemporary profile with the enormous relevance of the technologies made the National Justice Council and the Courts all over the country to climb to this new technological standard. In this way, the theoretical part subsidizes and gives better meaning to the empirical research conducted with the collection of people's opinions. In this phase, the logical approach was adopted in order to reveal the data of the perception and interaction of the users of the system in the face of this new reality, and it was applied a structured questionnaire, and the collected data were revealed statistically, since it is a quantitative and qualitative research. As it is a research of an applied nature in addition to the construction of the diagnosis, the presented results enabled suggestions and proposals for improvement in use and just like that for the creation of tools to compose those already existing in the Electronic Process System - Eproc/TO, that if implemented brings benefits not only for users of the system, but also for the society in general that depends on the judicial service of Tocantins. In addition to this, this is a fruitful work and many other aspects from the taken approaches may emerge with greater depth and new, even more specific results can be clarified. |
