As consequências do abuso sexual infantil na vida adulta: narrativas de mulheres negras arraianas

Abstract

black women from Arraianas, brings to light issues related to sexual abuse in childhood and its consequences in the adult lives of black women who experience, in their daily lives, situations of violence marked and related to patriarchy and intersectionality that are witnessed in an oppressive system. Considering the question as a research problem: how does child sexual abuse affect the lives of black Arraiana women in their life paths? The general objective of this work is to analyze how women victims of child sexual abuse deal with this situation during the processes that greatly affect their lives. With specific objectives: to investigate the historical path of black women in Brazil; identify the elements that support patriarchy and machismo in the municipality of Arraias/TO; research women in the municipality of Arraias/TO who suffered child sexual abuse, their daily confrontations and the changes that occurred in the lives of these women after the abuse; as well as identifying the degree of kinship between the perpetrators/aggressors. We used qualitative methodology with narratives from black women.
