| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | As gramíneas forrageiras presentes no Brasil representam plantas de grande interesse econômico. Diversas são as espécies tropicais escolhidas como excelentes opções para formação de pastagens no Brasil, dentre elas, destaca-se as do gênero Brachiaria. Objetivou-se neste trabalho, caracterizar morfologicamente dez espécies forrageiras do gênero Brachiaria cultivadas no ecótono Cerrado Amazônia. A caracterização das plantas foi realizada durante o ano de 2016 em diferentes estações do ano por meio de registro fotográfico dos diversos portes das plantas, como as folhas, caule, raízes e inflorescência. As cultivares utilizadas foi Llanero, Basilisk, Ruzizienses, Tupi, Marandu, MG-4, Piatã, Xaraés, Paiaguás e Convert HD364. Após os registros, procedeu-se com a classificação das características morfológicas com auxílio da literatura e montado um banco de dados das cultivares de Brachiaria. Verificou-se que mesmo sendo espécies do mesmo gênero, as cultivares apresentam particularidades especiais em sua forma, destacando e diferenciando umas das outras. |
| Abstract: | The forage grasses present in Brazil represent plants of great economic interest. Several tropical species are chosen as excellent options for pasture formation in Brazil, among which the Brachiaria genus stands out. The objective of this work was to characterize morphologically ten forage species of the genus Brachiaria cultivated in the Cerrado-Amazon ecotone. The characterization of the plants was carried out during the year 2016 in different seasons of the year by means of photographic registration of the various sizes of the plants, such as leaves, stem, roots and inflorescence. The cultivars used were Llanero, Basilisk, Ruzizienses, Tupi, Marandu, MG-4, Piatã, Xaraés, Paiaguás and Convert HD364. After the records, the morphological characteristics were classified with the help of the literature and a database of Brachiaria cultivars was set up. It was verified that even being species of the same genus, the cultivars present special peculiarities in their form, highlighting and differentiating from each other. |
