Sobre a devastação feminina: uma análise fílmica a partir do filme “sonata de outono”

Abstract

This work is a study based on the movie "Autumn Sonata" from the psychoanalytic perspective, bringing devastation as a psychological phenomenon to be analyzed. It refers, therefore, to research in applied psychoanalysis in the theoretical-conceptual and documental field, which aimed to investigate the mode of subjectivation of the feminine based on the unfolding of the mother-daughter relationship, seeking to understand the devastation in Lacanian theory. We also analyze the relationship between cinema and psychoanalysis to help think about female subjectivity. Since Freud's discovery that the Oedipus Complex is observed in a different way in girls, it has become evident that the feminine field needed greater attention. Freud names the problematic relationship between a mother and her daughter as catastrophic. Lacan, when rereading the Freudian theory, postulated the devastation in accordance with the catastrophe already written by Freud. Therefore, based on some authors who contributed to theorizations about the devastation and based on some vignettes of the aforementioned film, this work presents itself as a filmic analysis with a psychoanalytical basis
