Abstract

The Supervised Curricular Internship was carried out at the Vida Animal Veterinary Clinic, located in the municipality of Araguaína - TO, in Small Animal Internal Medicine and Small Animal Surgical Clinic, under the supervision of Veterinary Doctor Me. Aline Marinho Machado Gomes. The internship period began on March 7th and ended on May 16th, 2022, totaling 390 hours, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Fabiano Mendes de Cordova. This report describes the internship location, the activities developed during the Supervised Curricular Internship, the casuistry and the attendances accompanied by the intern, grouped by species, sex and diseases affected. Subsequently, a clinical case of dermal hemangiosarcoma in a dog is described, a malignant neoplasm of mesenchymal origin, from endothelial cells, which occurred in an 8 year old male Pitbull dog, followed during the Supervised Curricular Internship.
