metadata.dc.description.resumo:	O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar um breve levantamento bibliográfico a respeito da educação rural no Brasil e no Tocantins. Há dois objetivos específicos que são: fazer uma apresentação cronológica sobre esse tipo de atendimento educacional e apresentar como esta tem sido atendida atualmente. Procedimentos Metodológicos: inicialmente será feito um levantamento sobre o tema “A educação rural no Brasil e no Tocantins: um breve histórico e bibliográfico”. A dicotomia da educação para os estudantes oriundo da zona rural e inseridos nas escolas urbanas. Fundamentado nas leis e diretrizes da educação brasileira: Constituição Federal, LDB, PCNs, BNCC e Referencial do Tocantins. As principais partes da lei brasileira que asseguram o direito e deveres dos cidadãos a ter uma educação básica em seus segmentos estudantil total, independente de sua cultura ou regionalismo. Contudo, as leis amparam, direcionam e possibilitam, porém é necessário que o empenho seja efetivado na íntegra, e cumpram-se a lei.
Abstract:	The aim of this paper is to present a brief bibliographical review regarding the rural education in Brazil and Tocantins. There are two specific aims, which are: make a chronological presentation about this type of educational assistance and present how it has been currently attended. Methodological Procedures: At the first moment, a survey will be carried out on the theme “Rural education in Brazil and Tocantins: a brief history and bibliography”. The dichotomy of education for students coming from the countryside and inserted at urban schools. Based on the laws and guidelines of Brazilian education: Federal Constitution, LDB, PCNs, BNCC and Tocantins Reference. The main parts of Brazilian law that ensure the right and duties of citizens to have a basic education in their total student segments, regardless of their culture or regionalism. However, the laws bolster, direct and make possible, however, it is necessary that the commitment to take effect in full, and comply to the law.
