| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O Estágio Curricular Obrigatório Supervisionado foi realizado no Laboratório Embrião (In Vitro Brasil) da empresa ABS Pecplan em Uberaba/Delta, Minas Gerais. O mesmo ocorreu no período de 19 de Janeiro a 26 de Março de 2021, totalizando 392 horas, sob a orientação da Profª Drª Ana Kelen Felipe Lima e supervisão da Médica Veterinária Luísa Anastácia Santos de Oliveira. A área de interesse foi a reprodução animal com ênfase na biotecnologia reprodutiva bovina de produção in vitro de embriões (PIVE). As atividades desempenhadas compreenderam o processo de produção in vitro de embriões bovinos, acompanhando desde a recepção dos oócitos até a saída dos embriões à campo, além de procedimentos de otimização da rotina laboratorial com o preparo de materiais. Assim, este trabalho tem como objetivo descrever o local de estágio, assim como as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo deste período discutindo tecnicamente a metodologia empregada pela empresa para a produção de embriões in vitro baseando-se na literatura existente sobre o tema. |
| Abstract: | The Obligatory Curricular Training Supervised was carried out at the Embryo Laboratory (In Vitro Brasil) of the company ABS Pecplan in Uberaba / Delta, Minas Gerais. The same occurred in the period from January 19 to March 26, 2021, totaling 392 hours, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ana Kelen Felipe Lima and supervision of Veterinary Physician Luísa Anastácia Santos de Oliveira. The area of interest was animal reproduction with an emphasis on bovine reproductive biotechnology for in vitro embryo production (PIVE). The activities performed included the process of in vitro production of bovine embryos, following from the reception of the oocytes until the departure of the embryos to the field, in addition to procedures to optimize the laboratory routine with the preparation of materials. Thus, this work aims to describe the place of internship, as well as the activities developed over this period, technically discussing the methodology used by the company for the production of embryos in vitro based on the existing literature on the subject. |
