Abstract

Taking into account the complexity of the tested hypotheses, great attention should be paid to the assumed variables, as a study sought to analyze these factors of complexity of this subject in the middle of the pandemic. As a tool for data collection, a self-administered questionnaire composed of three research variables was used. This research aimed to present, interpret and discuss the relationships between the variables, as well as to test the hypotheses regarding the proposed conceptual model, through a cross-sectional research with a quantitative approach, whose collected data were analyzed by applying statistical techniques. parametric descriptive statistics calculations: means, standard deviation and correlations; calculations of multivariate statistics: analysis of multiple linear regressions. Finally, this work obtained results that demonstrated that the levels of the three dimensions are correlated.
