Abstract

The present article deals with the satisfaction of alternative transport users who use the route of the cities of Araguaína / Palmas. The research aimed to identify the level of satisfaction of users of alternative transport. As a tool for data collection, a self-completed questionnaire was used, having as field for data collection the bus station of the city of Araguaína. The study proposed to present, interpret and discuss the relationships between the research variables, as well as to test the hypotheses regarding the conceptual model, proposed through a cross-sectional research with quantitative approach, the collected data were analyzed by parametric statistical applications and techniques. ; descriptive statistics calculations; mean, standard deviation and correlations; multivariate statistical calculations; Multiple linear regression analysis by methods (enter using SPSS software. Version 22.0). The results showed that the level of customer satisfaction of users, having as perception of fair price and quality of service the variables most influence for satisfaction.
