Relações de poder e opressão :o silenciamento de mulheres vítimas de assédio no trabalho

Abstract

This paper is about the production of a multimedia report on the moral and sexual harassment suffered by women at work, focusing on the state of Tocantins. The lack of visibility regarding the theme makes the report a service to several women victims of harassment, in order to contribute to the search for justice. The report contains texts, voice notes, images and infographics, which complement each other and aggregate to the construction of the narrative. The collection of testimonies was based on research through social networks and interviews conducted individually with the victims. The information inserted in the multimedia product demonstrates the possible causes and consequences of harassment, in addition to the factors that make it difficult to make complaints and punish harassers.
